Advocacy

Advocacy is at the heart of everything KBPA does. We work directly with the Kenya Basketball Federation, clubs, and policymakers to push for reforms that put players first.

This includes fairer contract standards, improved welfare provisions, and transparent dispute resolution processes.

We publish statements on major issues affecting players and invite players to share their experiences with us confidentially through our support channel.
